Questions about Daysli

Short answers about what Daysli and Ring do today.

What is Daysli?

Daysli is a personal life platform with three connected parts. My Life is for personal growth: a direction for your life, goals from ten years down to this week, weekly and quarterly reviews and a decision journal, with each goal’s next step landing in your day as an ordinary to-do. Today is for everyday organization: your calendar, to-dos and plans in one view, with Google Calendar and iCloud, and a personal page at daysli.com/yourname where people see your free times and ask for your time. People and Ring are for human connection: a private record of the people in your life, and messages and encrypted voice calls with them. Daysli runs in any modern browser and installs as an app; a native Android app is in testing. Ring by Daysli (ring.daysli.com) is free.

How does Daysli help with personal growth?

My Life helps you decide what kind of life you are building and make real progress toward it: a direction in your own words, goals from ten years down to this week across eight life areas, a next step for each goal that lands in your day as a to-do, and a weekly review of what went well, what got in the way and who you spent time with. Quarterly and annual reviews, a decision journal, measures you choose and a 90-day programme are there when you want them. It is built on an evidence-graded framework (Maximally Human), shows progress in words rather than scores, and never uses streaks.

How do growth, organization and people fit together in Daysli?

They are one life, so they are one app. A goal in My Life gives you a next step, which appears in Today beside your meetings; a promise to a friend becomes a to-do linked to them in People; and the weekly review asks about both your goals and the people you spent time with. Ring keeps you talking with those people. Daysli is not only a calendar, a to-do list or a messenger: it connects who you want to become with what you do each day and who you do it with.

Who is Daysli for?

People who want to grow, stay organized and stay close to the people who matter, in one calm place instead of separate apps; and people who are asked for their time (coaches, tutors, consultants, freelancers, anyone who meets people) and want a personal page where others see their free times and ask for a meeting without back-and-forth messages.

Is Daysli free?

Ring by Daysli is free: messages and voice calls between connected people. Daysli Web will cost US$4.49 a month or US$44.99 a year once web payments open; until then you can start Daysli Web with no card, and Daysli will tell you at least 30 days before anything is charged. Nothing is charged unless you choose a plan, and you can always sign in, read, export and delete your data. Invite five people who join and you get 90 days of Daysli Web free, once per account.

What do the plans include?

Daysli Web (US$4.49 a month or US$44.99 a year) is everything in the browser: Today, calendar, to-dos, My Life, the encrypted journal, People, your page with bookings and forms, the Inbox, Moments, Daysli Mail and Ring calls. Daysli Native (US$8.99 a month or US$89.99 a year) adds the native Android app with actionable notifications and calls that ring when the app is closed, and includes Daysli Web.

How is Ring different from Daysli?

Ring (ring.daysli.com) is a small, free app only for talking: chats, voice calls, your people and a short view of today. Daysli is the full organizer: calendar, to-dos, People, journal, goals, your public page and bookings, and Mail. They share one account, so the people you connect with in one are there in the other.

How is Daysli different from using a separate calendar, to-do list, scheduling link and journal?

Daysli keeps them connected: a time someone books on your page lands in your calendar and Today, a promise you made to someone becomes a to-do linked to that person, and the evening’s journal entry sits beside the day it belongs to. It works alongside Google Calendar or iCloud rather than replacing them.

Is my data private?

Daysli has no ads, does not sell data and does not track you across other sites. The journal and Ring calls are end-to-end encrypted. Everything else is encrypted in transit and at rest and stored in the EU (Frankfurt), in a form Daysli’s service can read so it works on all your devices. Daysli does not use your data to train third-party or general-purpose AI models. Daysli has not yet had an independent security audit.
