Daysli

Daysli: Grow yourself. Organize your life. Connect with people.

Daysli is a personal life platform with three connected parts. My Life is for personal growth: a direction for your life, goals from ten years down to this week, weekly and quarterly reviews and a decision journal, with each goal’s next step landing in your day as an ordinary to-do. Today is for everyday organization: your calendar, to-dos and plans in one view, with Google Calendar and iCloud, and a personal page at daysli.com/yourname where people see your free times and ask for your time. People and Ring are for human connection: a private record of the people in your life, and messages and encrypted voice calls with them. Daysli runs in any modern browser and installs as an app; a native Android app is in testing. Ring by Daysli (ring.daysli.com) is free.

Grow yourself

My Life: Understand what you want from life, develop your potential and make steady, real progress.

My Life: goals and direction

Decide what kind of life you are building, and turn it into goals and next steps you can actually take.

  • A direction statement in your own words, and eight life areas to choose from: security and basic needs, health and energy, money, self-command, skills and useful work, relationships, purpose, and freedom.
  • Goals at every horizon: 10 years, 3 years, 6 months, this month and this week, each able to serve a longer one, with optional A/B/C priorities and weekly milestones.
  • Each goal has a next practical step, which becomes an ordinary to-do in your day marked “Part of: your goal”. A step can carry a time, a rhythm and an if-then cue.
  • Choose “Steady my footing” or “Keep what I have and grow”, and suggestions follow it: stabilising steps first, never more load after a hard week.
  • Progress is shown in words, never as a score: steps done, weeks with progress, milestones reached, and what actually changed, in your own words. No streaks that reset.

My Life: reviews and practices

Short, optional practices that help you learn from your days and decide better.

  • A weekly review: what went well, what got in the way, who you spent real time with and who you missed, and whether next week should be lighter, the same or more.
  • Quarterly and annual reviews, a decision journal (what you expect, how sure you are, and later what happened, with your calibration shown in words), up to twelve measures you choose, and “Close the day” in the evening.
  • The 90 days: four phases (Calm, Vision, Action, Integration), one new behaviour per phase; missing a day resets nothing.
  • Built on Maximally Human, an evidence-graded framework for a good life: Daysli shows each practice with its evidence grade and makes no promise of outcomes.
  • Your goals and reviews are private to you; your evening reflections, decisions and measures are sealed in your end-to-end encrypted journal.

Journal

Words and photos from your days, end-to-end encrypted: only you can read them.

  • Encrypted on your device before it leaves; Daysli stores it without the key.
  • Unlock with your devices, passkeys or a recovery code. Many entries a day, with photos.

Organize your life

Today: Your tasks, plans, events and everyday responsibilities, simply, in one view.

Today, Calendar and To-do

Your day in one view: events, appointments and to-dos together.

  • Day, week and month calendar; repeating events and to-dos; reminders.
  • Connect Google Calendar or iCloud: their busy times appear in Daysli, and Daysli events can be written back.
  • A private calendar feed lets Apple Calendar and other calendar apps subscribe to your Daysli events.
  • Time zones are handled for every person involved, including travel and daylight saving.

Your page, bookings and Inbox

A personal page at daysli.com/yourname where people see your free times and ask for your time.

  • Visitors pick a free time or send a request; nothing is booked until you accept.
  • Booking types, forms with your own questions, office hours and a shareable business card.
  • The Inbox: accept, decline, offer other times or write back. An accepted time appears in your calendar by itself.
  • Your page shows when you are free, never what you are doing. Search engines see it only if you choose.

Daysli Mail

Your own @mail.daysli.com email address inside Daysli, with no ads and no AI reading your mail.

  • Send and receive in Daysli’s Inbox; export everything as standard .mbox files.

Connect with people

People and Ring: Stay close to the people who matter, communicate easily and make them feel important.

People

A private record of the people in your life: what they told you, what you promised, when you last met.

  • Notes, history and the plans you share with each person.
  • Connect with other Daysli members to share free times and plans.
  • Daysli keeps only what you write down. It never reads your phone contacts or listens in.

Ring: messages and calls

Messages and voice calls with the people you are connected with.

  • Voice calls are end-to-end encrypted between the two devices; a safety code lets you check who you are talking to.
  • Free at ring.daysli.com, with a browser extension for Chrome, Edge and Firefox (on its way to the stores).

Everywhere you are

In any modern browser on a computer, tablet or phone, installable as an app; works offline.

  • Install Daysli Web from Chrome, Edge or Safari: no app store needed.
  • The native Android app is in testing on Google Play. There is no native iPhone app yet; Daysli Web installs from Safari.
  • A developer API and webhooks let your own software read and send what you allow.
