Getting started

What is Daysli, and what does it cost?

Daysli is one place for your days: a calendar (day, week, month and year), to-dos, Today, an Inbox, a private journal, the people in your life and My Life. Daysli Web is US$4.49 a month or US$44.99 a year; Daysli Native, with the mobile app, is US$8.99 a month or US$89.99 a year and includes Daysli Web. Web subscriptions open when card payments are ready with Paddle; until then you can start at app.daysli.com with no card, and we will tell you at least 30 days before anything is charged. Pricing

Is there an app for my phone?

Install Daysli Web from your phone's browser: it opens like an app, with its own icon. How to install it. The native Android app is in testing on Google Play; its public release follows Google's approval.

Signing in

I did not get my sign-in code

Daysli has no passwords: it emails a six-digit code from no-reply@daysli.com. A code works for 10 minutes; if you asked more than once, use the newest. Look in spam or junk, and check the address you typed. You can ask for up to 5 codes an hour.

Someone else may be in my account

Open Settings › Account and data › Signed-in devices and choose “Sign out everywhere else”. Then write to Daysli Care from your account's email address, and we will look into it with you.

Your data & privacy

Can Daysli read my journal?

No. Your journal is end-to-end encrypted on your own devices; Daysli cannot read it, and cannot recover it for you without your devices or your recovery code. Keep the recovery code somewhere safe.

How do I get a copy of my data?

Settings › Account and data › Export your data.

How do I delete my account?

Settings › Account and data › Delete account, or daysli.com/delete-account. You have 30 days to change your mind. How Daysli handles your data

Pages & requests

Who can see my page?

Your page is off until you turn it on. When it is on, people see what you put on it and only your free times, never what fills your day.

Someone keeps sending me requests

Open the request and choose Block: they can no longer ask for your time. If it is harassment, report it to Daysli Care below.

What are Moments?

Short messages people signed in to Daysli share on your page, like a greeting after you meet. Your connections' moments appear straight away; other people's wait for your approval. You can reply, hide, remove or block, and choose in Page whether only your connections can share, whether everyone visiting can read them, or turn Moments off.

Plans

What is Daysli Native?

Everything in Daysli Web, plus the native Android app, with Ring calls that arrive when the app is closed, Encounter and notifications you can act on: US$8.99 a month or US$89.99 a year through Google Play, which shows the price in your currency before you pay. There is no free trial. The app is in testing on Google Play, and its public release follows Google's approval. Daysli Plans Terms

What is Daysli Mail?

Part of a Daysli plan: your own address at mail.daysli.com, made from your page name, so you can write to people without sharing your personal email. Use it in your browser or the app. If your plan ends, your mail is kept for 120 days and you can export it. How Daysli Mail works

How do invitations and rewards work?

Share your link from Settings › Invite friends. When five people who joined with it have set up their accounts and used them for a day, you get 90 days of Daysli Web free, once per account. Nothing is charged when it ends. Anyone can stop Daysli invitations to their address with the link in the email.

Safety & reporting

How do I report someone?
