Daysli Plans Terms
Version of 28 October 2026 (buying, cancelling and refunds on the web through Paddle; the Refund Policy). Replaces the version of 27 October 2026.
What is on sale today. Daysli Web subscriptions open as soon as card payments with Paddle are ready for Daysli; until then Daysli on the web is free to use. The Daysli Android app (Daysli Native, called Daysli Pro in the app and on Google Play) is in testing on Google Play until its public release. These terms apply from the moment you subscribe.
These terms apply when you subscribe to a Daysli plan. They add to the Terms of Service; where they differ, these terms apply to the plans. The Refund Policy is part of these terms. In the Android app and on Google Play, a plan is called Daysli Pro. The plans are provided by Portside Agency Pvt Ltd, a private company incorporated in the Republic of Maldives (registration number C00212023), H. Maadhoofiya, 10th Floor, Karankaa Magu, Malé 20082, Maldives. Customer care, cancellations, withdrawals, refunds and complaints: care@mail.daysli.com; business and service operations: team@daysli.com.
1. The plans
Daysli Web (US$4.49 a month or US$44.99 a year): Daysli at app.daysli.com in any browser, and installed from the browser on a computer or phone. It includes your day, calendar, to-dos, journal, People, your public page and requests, My Life, Moments, Daysli Mail, and Daysli Ring calls in the browser while Daysli is open there.
Daysli Native (US$8.99 a month or US$89.99 a year): everything in Daysli Web, plus the Daysli app for Android, with Daysli Ring calls that reach you when the app is closed, Encounter, availability, actionable notifications, and the Indigo look across Daysli. You never pay for both: Native includes Web. If we offer an iPhone app later, we will say then whether it is included.
- Daysli Ring — end-to-end encrypted voice calls between Daysli members with a plan, by Daysli name;
- Encounter — connecting in person with a code, when you both say yes;
- Availability — telling your connections when you are free to talk;
- Daysli Mail — your own email address at mail.daysli.com, made from your page name, so you can write to people without sharing your personal email address.
What you need. Daysli Web needs an internet connection and a current version of Chrome, Edge, Firefox or Safari on a computer, tablet or phone; notifications on an iPhone or iPad need iOS or iPadOS 16.4 or later with Daysli added to the Home Screen. Ring calls in the browser need microphone permission and work only while Daysli is open there. Daysli Native needs an Android phone or tablet with Android 8.0 or later, Google Play and the Daysli app; a plan bought in the app uses the Google account that bought it. Ring, notifications, Encounter and availability may ask for the microphone, notifications, camera or nearby-device permissions, as the app shows. Some features depend on your device, its settings, your network and your browser.
Daysli Ring is not a telephone service. It cannot call phone numbers or emergency services; do not rely on it in an emergency. People we grant a plan to (for example testers, or invitation rewards) may use it without paying while that lasts; nothing is charged when it ends.
2. Price
| Plan | Price in the United States |
|---|---|
| Daysli Web, monthly | US$4.49 a month |
| Daysli Web, yearly | US$44.99 a year |
| Daysli Native, monthly | US$8.99 a month |
| Daysli Native, yearly | US$89.99 a year |
Before you pay, the checkout (Paddle on the web, Google Play in the app) shows the price in your currency, including any taxes it collects, and that is the price you pay. Prices can differ between countries. There is no free trial or introductory price.
3. Buying, and automatic renewal
You can buy a plan in two ways. A plan bought one way is managed that way (except that Native bought in the app ends a web plan, so you never pay twice; see below). We never see or store your card details.
On the web. For web orders, the merchant of record and reseller is Paddle: the Paddle company named in the checkout and on your receipt (for example, Paddle.com Market Limited). Our order process on the web is conducted by Paddle, which sells the plan to you and takes the payment, handles taxes, sends receipts and invoices, and processes refunds, under Paddle's buyer terms. Portside Agency Pvt Ltd provides and supports the Daysli service. You choose a plan in Daysli (Settings › Plan) or on daysli.com/pricing; before you pay, Paddle's checkout shows the plan, its price in your currency with any tax, the billing period and that it renews automatically until you cancel. Your plan starts as soon as Paddle confirms the payment.
In the Android app. Payment is taken by Google Play, under Google Play's terms. Before you buy, the app shows the plan, its price and period, that it renews automatically and how to cancel, and you tick a separate box: "I request Daysli Pro to start now, during my 14-day withdrawal period. If I withdraw, I agree to pay the proportionate price for the days supplied, except where my local law gives me a greater refund." Your plan starts when Google Play confirms it, and Google Play sends you a receipt.
Your confirmation. After either purchase we email you a confirmation to keep, with the information in its own text (not only links): our name, address and contact; the plan, its price and billing period, the start date and the next renewal date; that it renews automatically until you cancel; how to cancel online; how to withdraw and get a refund, with the statutory withdrawal notice and the model withdrawal form; for a plan bought in the app, your request for it to start straight away and your agreement to pay for the days supplied if you withdraw; and the versions of these terms and the Refund Policy that applied when you bought (we send you their full text on request).
Your plan renews automatically at the end of each month or year, at the then-current price (section 6), and Paddle or the store charges your payment method, until you cancel. Settings › Plan (on the web) and the store (in the app) show your next renewal date. Before a yearly plan renews, we email you 15 to 30 days ahead: that it will renew automatically, the date, the price and period, who will charge you (Paddle or Google Play), how to cancel online, and links to these terms and the Refund Policy.
United Kingdom subscription rules. If the subscription-contract provisions of the UK Digital Markets, Competition and Consumers Act 2024 apply to your plan when you buy or renew, we give you the information, confirmations, reminders, cancellation and end-of-contract notices and cooling-off rights they require, in addition to everything in these terms. Until then, your rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 and the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013 apply.
If a renewal payment fails, Paddle or the store tries again for a period; your plan keeps working while it does. If the payment still cannot be taken, your plan ends. On the web you can update your payment method in Settings › Plan at any time.
You never pay twice. Daysli Native includes Daysli Web. If you buy Native in the app while paying for a plan on the web, your web plan ends at once and the days you had not used are refunded through Paddle.
4. Cancelling
You can cancel at any time, online, in a few steps:
- A plan bought on the web: in Daysli, Settings › Plan › Cancel. You can take the cancellation back (Resume) until the period ends. If you cannot sign in, write to care@mail.daysli.com from any address with enough detail for us to identify your plan, and we cancel it; you can also cancel through Paddle at https://paddle.net. We never ask you to phone us or go through needless steps to cancel.
- A plan bought in the app: Google Play › Payments & subscriptions › Subscriptions, or from Daysli: You › Daysli Pro › Manage in Google Play. Uninstalling the app does not cancel a plan.
Cancelling stops future renewals. Your plan keeps working until the end of the period you have already paid for, then ends. Cancelling does not by itself refund anything; see section 5.
5. Refunds, and your right to withdraw
The Refund Policy sets out when we refund beyond what the law requires, how to withdraw (with the statutory notice and a model withdrawal form), and how to ask. You also keep every right that consumer law, Paddle's buyer terms, Google Play's policies or your card's rules give you. In short:
- On the web: withdraw within 14 days of a subscription's first payment for a full refund, for any reason, in Settings › Plan › Withdraw from contract; and a full refund of a yearly renewal if you ask within 14 days of that renewal payment (Settings › Plan › Cancel and get a refund). You can also write to care@mail.daysli.com or ask Paddle at https://paddle.net. Your plan then ends straight away.
- In the app: within 14 days of your first payment you can withdraw (You › Daysli Pro › Withdraw from your subscription, or by writing to care@mail.daysli.com). Because you expressly asked for your plan to start during the withdrawal period, Google Play refunds what you paid less the days supplied, where the law permits that deduction. Otherwise refunds follow Google Play's policies.
Your right to withdraw. If the mandatory consumer law that applies to you gives you a right to withdraw from an online purchase (usually within 14 days), you have that right. You can use it as above, or by any clear statement to us or to Paddle within the period; no reason is needed. On the web the refund is in full, so you never pay for the days you used.
If a payment is refunded or reversed (for example by a chargeback), your plan for that period ends.
6. Changes to the price or to Pro
If we change the price of your plan, we email you at least 30 days before it applies, with the old price, the new price, when it starts and how to cancel. Where Paddle, Google Play or the law requires your express consent, the new price applies only if you give it; if you do not, your plan ends at the end of the period you have paid for instead of renewing at the new price. Where the law allows a change after notice, you can cancel before the new price applies, and otherwise it applies from your next renewal after the notice.
We may change a plan or a feature, at no extra cost to you, only for a valid reason: security, the law, technical changes, changes required by the platforms or providers Daysli runs on, preventing abuse, keeping Daysli compatible, or improving it. If a change affects your access to or use of a paid feature in more than a minor way, we tell you in advance by email: what changes, when, and that you may end your plan free of charge. If you end it because of the change (within 30 days of the notice or of the change, whichever is later), we refund the unused part of the period you paid for in advance. If we stop offering a plan, the same applies. Your legal rights as a consumer (Terms of Service section 17) are not affected.
7. Plan changes and restoring
On the web, you can switch between monthly and yearly, and between Daysli Web and Daysli Native, in Settings › Plan. In the app, you switch between monthly and yearly in Google Play; the store decides when the change takes effect and any proration. If you reinstall the app or use a new phone, use Restore purchases in You › Daysli Pro with the same Google account to bring your subscription back to your Daysli account.
A subscription belongs to the Daysli account that bought it and cannot be moved to another Daysli account.
On the web, a change takes effect at once and is prorated by Paddle: moving up (Web to Native, or monthly to yearly) charges the difference for the days left in the current period; moving down credits the unused difference to your next payments, and if your plan ends with credit not yet used, we refund it on request. Settings › Plan shows the change before you confirm it.
8. Your Ring calling ID
When you turn on Ring, your current page name becomes your Daysli calling ID. It stays yours if your subscription ends. Changes are limited, because people recognise and trust the ID; you can ask us to change it for a safety, privacy, legal, security or genuine personal reason, and we will not refuse unreasonably. When your account is deleted, your calling ID is never released, so nobody can ever take it or impersonate you.
8A. Daysli Mail
Your address. When you turn on Daysli Mail, your page name becomes your mail address (for example, name@mail.daysli.com) and becomes permanent, as a Ring calling ID does. The address belongs to your account alone: it is never given to anyone else, even after your account is deleted. If we change your page name at your request (section 8), your mail address stays as it was.
Using it. Daysli Mail is for your own correspondence. You are responsible for what you send. You must not use it for bulk, unsolicited or marketing email, phishing, malware, impersonation, harassment or anything unlawful. To keep email working for everyone, these limits apply: up to 5 recipients per message; 20 recipients an hour and 50 a day (20 a day in your first week); up to 5 files per message (PDF, pictures and plain text), 10 MB each and 20 MB in all; and 1 GB of mail in all. We may change these limits to protect the service, and the app always shows the current ones.
When sending is paused. If a recipient reports your message as spam, or several of your messages are rejected as undeliverable, sending from your mailbox pauses automatically while we look into it; you can still read and receive mail. We may also pause or suspend Mail for misuse (Terms of Service sections 10 and 16). Write to care@mail.daysli.com if you think a pause is a mistake.
When Daysli Pro ends. You can no longer send. For 90 days your mail is kept, you can read and export it, and new mail still arrives. After 90 days your mailbox closes and new mail is no longer accepted. 30 days after that (120 days after Pro ended), your messages and files are deleted. We tell you when Pro ends and again 14 days before deletion, in the app and by email to your account's address. If you subscribe again before deletion, everything is as it was; after deletion, your address comes back empty. Your address itself always stays yours.
9. If Pro ends
When a subscription ends (cancelled, expired, withdrawn, refunded or reversed), Pro features stop: the app asks you to choose a plan. Without one, you can still sign in, read, export and delete everything. Nothing in your account is deleted because Pro ended, except Daysli Mail, as section 8A describes. Your call records and connections follow the Privacy Policy as usual.
10. Suspension
If we suspend or close an account under the Terms of Service for a serious breach, the plan may end with it. We act proportionately. We do not give a voluntary refund for time lost because of that breach, but any refund or other remedy the law requires is unaffected, and we never use this to keep money where that would be unfair or unlawful.
11. Contact
