Daysli Refund Policy

Version of 28 October 2026. Part of the [Daysli Plans Terms](/terms/pro).

This policy says when we refund a Daysli plan beyond what the law requires, how you withdraw from a plan, and how to ask for your money back. It applies to Daysli Web and Daysli Native, bought on the web or in the Daysli Android app. It adds to your rights and never takes any away: you also keep every right that consumer law, Paddle's buyer terms, Google Play's policies or your card's rules give you.

Daysli is provided and supported by Portside Agency Pvt Ltd, a private company incorporated in the Republic of Maldives (registration number C00212023), H. Maadhoofiya, 10th Floor, Karankaa Magu, Malé 20082, Maldives. Cancellations, withdrawals, refunds and complaints: care@mail.daysli.com.

1. Plans bought on the web (Paddle)

For web orders, the merchant of record and reseller is Paddle: the Paddle company named in the checkout and on your receipt (for example, Paddle.com Market Limited). Our order process on the web is conducted by Paddle, which sells the plan to you and takes the payment, handles taxes, sends receipts and invoices, and processes refunds, under Paddle's buyer terms. Portside Agency Pvt Ltd provides and supports the Daysli service.

Within 14 days of your first payment: withdraw, with a full refund, for any reason. If you subscribe on the web and change your mind, you can withdraw within 14 days of the first payment of that subscription, and everything you paid for it is refunded in full, including for the days you used. This applies to everyone, in every country, and to every new subscription.

Within 14 days of a yearly renewal: a full refund of that renewal. If your yearly plan renews and you did not mean it to, ask within 14 days of the renewal payment and we refund that renewal payment in full, together with any later payment of the same plan made before you asked. We email you 15 to 30 days before a yearly plan renews, so you have time to cancel first.

How. In Daysli, open Settings › Plan. Within 14 days of a subscription's first payment it shows Withdraw from contract; within 14 days of a yearly renewal, Cancel and get a refund. You confirm once, and we show the result at once and email you an acknowledgement with its date and time. You can also write to care@mail.daysli.com, or ask Paddle at https://paddle.net. Your plan ends straight away, and you are not charged again. Refunds for web orders are made through Paddle. Paddle may run fraud, sanctions and compliance checks, but they never reduce a refund right or delay a refund beyond the legal deadline, unless the law prevents a payment provider from paying.

Monthly renewals. We do not usually refund a monthly payment after it has been taken. Cancel at any time in Settings › Plan and your plan keeps working until the end of the month you have paid for. This does not affect refunds the law requires, refunds of mistaken or unauthorised charges, remedies when the service is faulty or not as described, or any right you have because renewal or cancellation information was not given to you as it should have been.

2. Plans bought in the Android app (Google Play)

Google Play takes the payment and makes refunds. Within 14 days of your first payment, you can withdraw in Daysli (You › Daysli Pro › Withdraw from your subscription), or by writing to care@mail.daysli.com. Your plan ends straight away. Because you expressly asked for your plan to start during the withdrawal period, and agreed to pay the proportionate price for the days supplied if you withdrew, Google Play refunds what you paid less the days supplied, where the law permits that deduction; if the mandatory law that applies to you requires a larger refund, you get the larger refund. We handle a withdrawal you send us and ask Google Play for the refund; you do not need to ask Google yourself.

You can also ask Google directly under Google Play's refund policies; Google may decide some requests itself, especially soon after a purchase. Apart from withdrawal, refunds for purchases in the app follow Google Play's policies and the law that applies to you.

3. Withdrawing: the statutory notice and model form

If the mandatory consumer law that applies to you gives you a right to withdraw from an online purchase (for example in the European Union, the European Economic Area or the United Kingdom), you can withdraw from your plan within 14 days of the day the subscription contract is made, without giving a reason. To withdraw, tell us before the period ends by a clear statement: with the button in section 1 or 2, by email to care@mail.daysli.com, by letter to the address above, or, for a web order, through Paddle at https://paddle.net. Include enough to identify your account and order. You may use this form, but you do not have to:

> Model withdrawal form. To: Portside Agency Pvt Ltd, H. Maadhoofiya, 10th Floor, Karankaa Magu, Malé 20082, > Maldives; care@mail.daysli.com. — I hereby give notice that I withdraw from my contract for the following Daysli plan: > ··· Ordered on: ··· Name: ··· Daysli account email: ··· Paddle or Google Play order number, if known: ··· Date: ···

Effect. Your plan ends and you are refunded as section 1 (web: in full) or section 2 (Google Play: less the days supplied) says, to the payment method you used unless you agree otherwise. This notice and the model form are also in the confirmation we email you when you buy.

4. Other refunds

5. Suspension

If we suspend or close an account under the Terms of Service for a serious breach, we act proportionately. We do not give a voluntary refund for time lost because of that breach, but any refund, price reduction or other remedy the law requires is unaffected, and we never use this to keep money where that would be unfair or unlawful.

6. After a refund or a chargeback

When a payment is refunded or reversed (for example a chargeback through your bank), the plan for that period ends. Your account and everything in it stay yours: you can still sign in, read, export and delete everything. Daysli Mail follows section 8A of the Plans Terms.

7. How long it takes

We, Paddle or Google Play issue a refund without undue delay and, after a withdrawal, no later than 14 days after we were told of it. Refunds go back to the payment method you used unless you agree otherwise; your bank or card provider may then take a few more days, often 5 to 10 business days, to show it. If a payment provider tells us that a legal restriction prevents a refund, we tell you, unless the law forbids it.

8. Contact and complaints

Cancellations, withdrawals, refunds and complaints: care@mail.daysli.com, from your account's email address or from another address with enough detail for us to identify and verify the account safely. A person reads every message; we acknowledge a complaint within 48 hours and resolve it within one month of receiving it. For a web order you can also contact Paddle at https://paddle.net. For users in India: our Grievance Officer is the Head of Daysli Care, Portside Agency Pvt Ltd, at the address above and care@mail.daysli.com; complaints are acknowledged within 48 hours and redressed within one month of receipt.
